DEREK HAGEN

Derek Hagen joined the Idiot Box in August 2005.  In addition to the classes he’s taken at the Idiot Box Derek attended the DSI Festival in 2006.

Some of his other notable performances include Red Dragon in Imperial Nightingale (2004), The Witch in The Frog Prince Revised (2004), James T. Wolf in The True Story: Big Bad Wolf (2004), The Emperor in The Emperor's Garden (2003), and Dr. Fred in Bedside Manor (2003)

Derek has a BA in theatre from UNCG and works during the day as a Mad Scientist for Mad Science Inc. an educational/entertainment program that aims to make science fun.

His favorite part about the Idiot Box is making friends and making the audience crack up.
